• Optimized Stator Design: Utilizing new materials and an innovative design, the stator reduces magnetic losses, enhancing efficiency and heat dissipation. The new stator incorporates maximum low-resistance copper wire, providing very low internal resistance. This pure copper magnetic wire is combined with low-resistance collector rings and gold-plated solder tabs to guarantee maximum power and higher RPM.
• Enhanced Cooling Efficiency: The new 2-piece CNC-machined can, combined with a larger stator, offers increased cooling efficiency compared to previous generation REDS motors.
• Special Rotors: The precision-balanced neodymium high-temperature rotor increases performance, and optional rotors are available to help tune for different track conditions.
• Proven Reliability: Extensive track testing has demonstrated greater performance consistency, lower lap times, reduced operating temperatures, and smoother, quieter motor operation.
• High-Quality Components: Special titanium screws reduce iron losses, and optional ceramic bearings enhance performance and motor durability under extreme conditions.
• PRO STOCK Version: Pro Stock motors are assembled with super high torque rotors which increase magnetic flux density reaching up to 1850 Gauss, maximizing power and torque for lightning-fast acceleration. This variant also features a high-performance stator and titanium screws for unmatched performance.
